1. HOW TO BUY IN EGAOCLOTHING.COM?
You can browse the site until you find the desired product. Once you have found it, you will see all the detailed information about the product that the web site offers by clicking on it and you can also add it to your shopping cart.
2. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS? IS IT SAFE TO BUY IN EGAOCLOTHING.COM?
The payment must be made by debit or credit card or via PayPal or Apple Pay. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Amex and MasterCard.
You shall enter the number of your card, expiration date and CW2 security code (printed on the back) in order that the price of the order can be charged to your card. If your card is secured card you will be asked to enter the pertinent security codes.
The management of these payments is made through the secure gateway of the relevant banking institution, so we will never save or manipulate your data. For greater security, we use a Safe E-commerce Authentication Service, which is established by Visa/ Amex/ Mastercard/ Eurocard and where the client is authenticated with their Issuing Bank and the store is authenticated with its Acquiring Bank. In order to ensure confidentiality and integrity of transactions, they are done directly through protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit security codes.
Real-time charging will be made through this payment gateway. In case the charge cannot be eventually made, the order will be automatically cancelled.
3. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Delivery costs are free in Spain.
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Deliveries usually take between 5 and 7 working days once the order has been approved. This time limit may be extended in the case of customs procedures or certain conditions such as (for information only) geographic distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any government intervention, non-performance by our suppliers, etc… or any other reason ascribable to the logistics operator commissioned with the delivery. We are not responsible for any delay due to aforementioned reasons.
5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY AREAS OF EGAOCLOTHING.COM?
The zone of delivery of these items is restricted to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla included). By accepting the order, you confirm that you are a resident of any of these zones. Any other delivery address will automatically cancel your order.
Internationally we deliver to Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria, Ireland.
6. HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON EGAOCLOTHING.COM?
Contact EGAO Clothing through our email address (egao@egaoclothing) and we will manage the whole process with no costs for the client (if the client makes the return being in Spain). If the client is not from Spain the return may have costs depending on the country.
7. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If the product was defective at the moment you received it or if we are responsible for the damage you can contact us by email to egao@egaoclothing.com.
8. HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Before you finish the order, you can check every detail of it (itemized amounts in every necessary field- taxes, shipping costs, selected items, etc.) and make any correction you may consider appropriate.
Once the order is confirmed, you may contact customer services if you want to modify or cancel it, no modifications or cancellations can be made through the website in this case.
